ONR Global Funding Opportunities

It is the mission of ONR Global to build relationships between the international scientific community and the Naval Research Enterprise (NRE) and to identify new technologies to support the Naval Science and Technology Strategic Plan. ONR Global pursues these goals through the following programs:

• The Visiting Scientist Program (VSP) supports travel of international scientists to the U.S. and to international conferences so that they can interact with researchers in the NRE
• Through the Conference Support Program (CSP), ONR Global supports international conferences and workshops
• Joint research projects co-funded by ONR Global, ONR and the NRE are arranged through the Naval International Cooperative Opportunities in S&T Program (NICOP)
