Naval High School Science Awards Program  Registration

To register a science fair as part of the Naval High School Science Awards Program, the following information is required:

  • Name and address of science fair (complete street address, building and ZIP code)
  • Website for the science fair (if one exists)
  • Name, address, telephone number and email address of the fair director (street address only; no P.O. box numbers; include ZIP code)
  • Name, address, telephone number and email address of the special awards chairperson (street address only; no P.O. box numbers; include ZIP code)
  • Name, address, telephone number and email address of the fair official to receive awards (street address only; no P.O. box numbers; include ZIP code)
  • Start and end dates of the fair and time the fair starts
  • Date and time of the judging
  • Date, time and location of the awards presentation
  • Number of junior high and high school exhibitors at the fair
