Naval Horizons
Where Students Design the Navy and Marine Corps of the Future!

Naval Horizons will introduce college students to cutting-edge science and technology topics that impact the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps—to include cybersecurity, undersea medicine, autonomy and more. Students are expected to survey naval topics via online videos, and submit a report on the state of the art and a futurist vision of the Navy in 2040. Students will gain knowledge of opportunities to work in research and increase their awareness of STEM careers. Students who submit a statement of interest will be connected to Naval STEM professionals for continued engagement. The first 3,000 students to complete the task will receive a $200 stipend for their participation.
