Superconducting Technologies Program

Superconducting Technologies Program's objective is to develop new and significantly improved electronic devices and circuits using superconducting materials that are relevant to multifunction RF systems applications. Wide band digital and mixed signal circuits clocking above 40 GHz are the focus.  ADC and real time processing are specific topics of interest.  Significant improvements in packaging and cooling technologies are also sought. Basic research on the fundamental physics of phonons and quantum phenomena relevant to advanced RF sensors are also sought.

Note: Proposers are encouraged to contact the program officer to discuss their research interest prior to the submission of formal proposals.
