The Energetics Manufacturing Technology Center (EMTC), established in 1994, is Navy operated and located at the Naval Sea Systems Command's Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head, Maryland.
