ONR Innovation Industry Days (I2D)


ONR will host an Innovation Industry Days (I2D) event on Monday, Sept. 21 through Friday, Sept. 25, 2026. The purpose of this event is to communicate and solicit feedback on ONR’s science and technology (S&T) roadmaps projected over the next 15 years. Insights gathered during this event will directly inform future ONR S&T opportunities.

ONR seeks to engage industry (both traditional and non-traditional), commercial, and innovative partners interested in addressing the Navy's future needs, particularly within Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) 1-6. Discussions will center on the eleven ONR Focus Areas (FAs) and supporting Research Areas (RAs):
