2007 Naval Science and Technology Partnership Conference

What: The National Defense Industrial Association is hosting the 2007 Naval Science and Technology Partnership Conference, with technical assistance from the Office of Naval Research. The conference agenda is available on line at www.ndia.org/meetings/7200

Where: The conference will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, 2660 Woodley Road, NW, Washington, D.C. 20008. (Metro Stop: Woodley Park – Red Line)
When: July 30 – August 2, 2007. Sessions begin at 8:00 a.m. each day.

Who: The conference will include several prominent panelists in their fields of
expertise and keynote addresses by the following senior officials:
• The Honorable Delores M. Etter, Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition
• Rear Admiral William Landay, Chief of Naval Research
• Major General Stephen Johnson, Deputy Commanding General, Marine Corps Combat Development Command

Why: The conference will bring together leadership and decision makers from the Office of Naval Research, military labs, private industry, academia, and defense contractors to share knowledge and discuss how technology can be leveraged to meet each other´s existing and future needs.
